Yes — Developer API access is included in the Enterprise plan. You can use the Blucript API to send messages programmatically, sync contacts, trigger automations, and retrieve analytics data. Webhook support for real-time events is also available. The Custom plan extends this further with dedicated integration support for POS, ERP, HIS, and other enterprise systems.
Your account remains active until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate. You can export all contacts, conversation history, booking records, and analytics reports before cancellation. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers.
